![]() ![]() I followed the guide from Microsoft ( ) but didn't have any luck with these steps. It said 'connection failed, please try again' the first time, then, when I rebooted the adapter, it connected for a brief moment (nothing on the big screen), and then disconnected instantly. I connected the laptop in the same way that I did my old one (up to 7m away from adapter, Windows + K etc.) but it refused to connect. I tried yesterday and today to connect it to the newer version (not 4K) Microsoft Display Adapter that I have at work. I have recently purchased the Asus Vivobook 14, which has onboard Intel WiFi 6 and Bluetooth. ![]() I have a bit of a problem regarding connecting my new laptop to the MS Display Adapter in my workplace.
